offer coaching models at several levels of an organization. Our own experiences
and those of our clients support the idea that coaching models which are developed
at different levels of a business produce a climate of growth and inter-dependence
that produces results which honor the individual as well as the underlying
coaching blends both change (behaviors and beliefs) and growth (performance
and leadership) disciplines, wherein the coach provides support through questioning,
challenging and witnessing the process of the coachee, encouraging the evolvement
of insight and self awareness.
We believe that coaching should involve the entire person and hence we encourage a balance of personal and business life. The ability of a human being to adequately undertake relationships in both arenas bodes well for a successful coaching engagement. Life lessons apply equally in all parts of one’s life and are inter-dependent if one is to experience true change and growth.
